Susan Kelly, CPC is Vice President & Managing Partner of Management Search Inc. in the West Springfield, MA office. Susan joined MSI in March of 1987 as an associate in the Accounting and Finance department. Having had success in developing her client base in the manufacturing and service industry throughout MA and CT, she expanded her scope to include identifying talent in the Technical discipline. She has successfully elevated the careers of numerous professionals.

Susan’s success stems from her genuine commitment to the industry and to her clients. Her major strength is her warm, consultative approach and her ability to provide outstanding support to her clients and professionals. Her clients know her as someone who will “go the extra mile” to exceed their expectations. When you partner with Susan on a recruiting project, she will deliver consistent and timely results!

Prior to MSI, Susan worked in a management role at a large regional department store and another smaller recruiting firm placing administrative talent. Susan graduated from Quinnipiac College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior.

Outside the office, Susan spends time with her husband and two sons.
